By day, I am a Producer who writes and creates my own music. By night, I am a DJ who plays my productions and remixes at the clubs. I am currently hard at work launching my brand, so I'll be able to offer competitive pricing.
I have been a DJ for years, starting to spin publicly around 2006. I have opened for many reputable names such as Louie DeVito, DJ Skribble, Clinton Sparks, and the Disco Fries, amongst others. Within the last 2 years, I came out as Trans, and have been working to rebrand myself and reconnect with people that I've met over the years. Over the 2020 shutdown, I took up Music Production to compliment my Music career, and expand on my creative expressions. I am now into my 2nd year of music production.
I would like to offer my services for low and fair prices. Producers with many years of experience will definitely charge you more. I may even be selling myself short, but I'll let you be the judge of that. I normally Mix & Master my own productions, but if you prefer to have someone else to do that, that is fine. I do have many high end software tools that most of the Pro's use, but I can still send you the dry stems; but feel free to tip me if you like my master better.
The bottom line is, if your looking for a Producer for your project and you enjoy my sounds, I'm your girl!
Main genres: Future Bass, Future House, Moombahton, Bass House, Dance Pop, Indie Pop, Tropical/Reggaeton, Trap, Hip Hop, etc (and more).

Interview with Sakura Ryoko
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Remixes, Original Music, etc. Every Producer has several projects that they are currently working on at any given time.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Rhiannon Roze
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: I don't use analog equipment, but not only because digital is cheaper -- but you can effectively re-create the same "color" of their respective Analog counterparts. If people use analog, more power to you.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: The feelings & emotions that only music can provide.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: What's your price? What do you need so I can give you the right price.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That I need more people to do everything that I already do myself. Although having a team obviously has it's benefits.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What do you need me to make for you?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Shop around and pay attention to their sounds that they offer
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: A Laptop, monitors, and audio interface and probably would need WiFi (somehow) & a generator ... Assuming we're talking about music rather than basic survival needs.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: About 3 years now, looking to keep growing and expanding my business.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Dynamic and bassy with a lot of Chords and custom sound design mostly on the fly
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Haliene, VASSY, Rhiannon Roze, The Disco Fries, among many others.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Pay attention to not only the technical details, but how the music "feels" at any particular moment.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: EDM
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Everything :)
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Doing an entire Production from a blank slate to mastering.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I primarily use Ableton 11 Suite with my MPK and Focusrite.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Rhiannon Roze, Marie Vaunt, Disco Fries, Zedd, Calvin Harris, Skrillex
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Remixing
