Control Mixing & Mastering on SoundBetter

A great mix makes a huge difference to the impact your songs have. With over 20 years experience mixing music, and hundreds of credits, I know how to make fantastic-sounding records.

Hi folks, I’m Simon from Control Mixing, an independent mixing and mastering studio in the UK.

In 20+ years as a sound engineer, I’ve mixed hundreds of records and been lucky enough to work with countless fantastic – and many celebrated – artists from all over the world, and made some great friends in the process. Whatever you’ve got, I’ve mixed (pretty much!) every genre of music under the sun as well as music for film, TV, theatre & commercials.

I believe in excellence. Using both analog and digital tools (think lush vintage hardware reverbs, delays & effects alongside high-end plugins from Acustica Audio and FabFilter), I create engaging mixes that audiences want to listen to. Fat analog warmth meets digital accuracy and flexibility for silky, dense mixes that breathe and move, giving your song the best chance to cut through the noise and make an impact.

With a respectable list of credits that says I know how modern music needs to sound, I have many many happy, repeat clients from all over the world (and over 100 5-star reviews on Fiverr PRO - check out my website).

I'm friendly and easy to work with, so if you like the sound of what I do, get in touch and I'll get your music where you want it to be.

Tell me about your project and how I can help, through the 'Contact' button above.
