My name is Gabriel Iocca and I am a profissional musician from Brazil.
Most of my compositions and projects are focused on soundtracks such as ambient tracks, tracks for games and films. Also, I have knowledge on vocal music or musicalization of lyrics and poems.
Since I graduated in 2019, I haven't got many opportunities to present my work, so I'm here build the towards my greatest dream: becoming a soundtrack composer.

  2. A: My work process varies with each project, as I always try to maintain the maximum dialogue with my costumers so that both of us can have an incredible result.

  4. A: I think my strongest ability is to create melodic ideas and from there I can build everything else.

  5. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  6. A: When composing I always take a little bit of my personality to the music, but at the same time I always try to make the listener have the opportunity to dive into this environment that I am creating with my composition.

  10. A: I like to think that I'm still looking for my style.

  12. A: Since I was a child I always dreamed of meeting and working with John Williams, because he inspires me with his soundtracks and it was because of them that I chose to be a composer.

  14. A: Never be stuck on one type of genre music.

  15. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  16. A: Soundtracks in general

  17. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  18. A: My main idols in the world of soundtracks are John Williams, Howard Shore, Hans Zimmer and Danny Elfman. On the other hand, I have idols in the world of classical music like Mozart, Beethoven, Wagner and Tchaikovsky.

  19. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  20. A: I usually work with soundtracks and sometimes I make arrangements like strings quartets, orchestration or poem musicalizations.

  21. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  22. A: My clients can expect from me a professional who will do anything to ensure that their projects are carried out with soundtracks or extremely professional music.
