Michael Briggs does incredible work and answered all my questions. Couldn't ask to be working with a better engineer. So great to work with! I'm so happy to be working with Michael.

From the second we stepped into his studio we felt like we were in good hands. Not only did he understand the sound we wanted to achieve but knew what extra steps needed to be taken in order to accomplish what we set out to accomplish. Highly professional and really knows how to get the most out of the time that you have with him. Don't waste his time and he will not waste yours. I can't wait wait to work with him in the future.

I had a wonderful experience working with Michael for mastering. People often say, "Good, fast, cheap - pick two." However, Michael defied this expectation by providing a high quality product within a short time frame for an inexpensive and worthwhile cost. I will certainly be returning to work with Michael in the future, and recommend others do the same.

Michael's studio was an extremely streamlined and comfortable recording experience, I was done in half the time with more quality recordings than I thought I had in me! The tech and equipment are top notch (especially for a home studio!) and very easy to use. He's very communicative with creative feedback and as an artist himself, he's got some great ideas! The studio is super comfortable, and the space has a tangible creative energy that makes improvisation a dream come true. I'm looking forward to the next time I get to work with him.

Michael is the best producer/engineer that I have worked with. I have recorded with Michael in three different bands with three very different genres and each project came out sounding exactly how we wanted it. He is professional and very easy to work with. He always knows exactly what to do and his vast knowledge really helps when trying to make those stylistic decisions that inevitably come up during the recording process. We (Deep Red) went to Briggs for our first E.P. and can’t understate how positive of an experience it was. He has an incredibly musical ear while maintaining a very efficient workflow. The studio itself is comfortable and efficient. He has a definite open mindedness to weird ideas and will help identify strengths you may not have noticed in your own work.

In terms of mix down and mastering, he’s the guy to go to if you want your record to sound massive. He’s open minded to critiques and flexible to make sure your ideal is what ends up as the finished product. I’d highly recommend him.
