  24. A: I've been engineering for 3 years now, over the past year I've been coached by an multi award winning engineer. I Started songwriting, then graduated to engineering as well as soon as I've learned it's importance to music.

  25. Q: How would you describe your style?

  26. A: My Style is dynamical. I love to bring out all aspects possible to a song without causing things to overlap each other or conflict. Also add some character but adding motion in my mixes.

  27. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  28. A: I would like to work with Ne-Yo, because his style of music is smooth, and typically everything can be heard and your're able to enjoy many parts to his works, also his story telling is impeccable.

  29. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  30. A: the key to a hit is creating a catchy melody, not only in the beat, but also the flow, find the proper balance between repetition and smooth transitions to keep listeners engaged, also allowing them to enjoy multiple aspects of your project. This makes your song more universal and memorable. Don't overproduce, bring the best out of each instrument an verse, ultimately know the song before performing.

  31. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  32. A: i usually work on hip-hop and modern R&B

  33. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  34. A: my strongest skill is finding a proper balance and clarity to a project, so it is heard clearly on all devices and platforms

  35. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  36. A: i bring out the unique character to each individual song, bring clarity to all instruments. also give the song an ability for a listener to choose what they would like to hear, may it be the music, voice, or even an specific instrument. the entire song is clear. (when provided with all stems/trackouts). If i receive a compressed beat file, ad we record voice, then I bring the best character and clarity the best I can.

  37. Q: What's your typical work process?

  38. A: I usually discuss the budget, then get to know the artist, then start to discuss the end goal of the song, or project. i do the first mix alone, then discuss changes or modifications if the artist feels it is necessary. I'll send and modify mixes until we get the song where the artist visions.
