  10. A: To listen to you, respect you and give my best with your track!

  11. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  12. A: That I do what I love.

  13. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  14. A: Q: What is your price? A: How much is it worth to you? / What is your buget? Q:Can you also make sure the song gets masterd for me? A: Yes.

  15. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  16. A: a big misconseption is, that I will only work like a heartless maschine on your song and not get passionate about what is happening. I will have a oppinion, I will have a vision and if you dont like that we should not work together. If you don't like the way I see your sond and what I want to do with it...well. Also if people believe that it will not bother me if they send me shit music to mix, that is wrong. But if we talk about what you want and when I see that too, I will create magic.

  17. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  18. A: whats up? What do you want ? Why do you want it ? For which platfrom do you want it ? And When ? Whats your mail adres? ;)

  19. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  20. A: Honest communication, fair payments and making up your own mind on what you want from YOUR track how YOU want it to feel/sound!

  21. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  22. A: Focals Alphas Evo (x2), Roland Ju 06a, Neumann U87 and my guitar!

  23. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  24. A: I studied Audio Design in Amsterdam and I am currently doing my Bachelor of Arts at the University of West London. I create music as a solo artist since three years and that is also when I started producing my own tracks. I do this everyday and I know I am very good at it. No need to count weeks, years or cash.

  25. Q: How would you describe your style?

  26. A: I have a very clean and balanced style. I can't stand songs that a are unproblerly mixed or mastered. When creating beats I will find the perfect pattern to combine with other vocals or instruments.

  27. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  28. A: I would love to work with Eminem, since he made me start with music. I would love to create a beat from him or mix one of his songs! Just Childhood dreams?!? Come on, guys!

  29. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  30. A: Try subtractive equalizing ;) its amazing!

  31. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  32. A: Hip-Hop. Pop. Rock.

  33. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  34. A: I can listen. To you, to your music and to what you REALLY want to say.

  35. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  36. A: Clarity, character and a lot of fun. I often have ideas other people do not have and my creativity is something that you can't buy with money. I had a very good eduaction and I keep learning and educating myself more from week to week. I gain experience and grow on my way to achieve as much as I can, while perfecting to create what just sounds good and makes people move. Because if music does not touch or move you, what are you doing wrong? :) It is so simple and every child knows the answer...still a lot of people don't see it!

  37. Q: What's your typical work process?

  38. A: Listening to reference trackes, create the session make coffee and then work! Take breakes is super important too and always get back to the vision that the client has. I take a lot of time for that! Thats why I would rather spend a hour too much then to little on a track. At a certain point I will reach out for the client, to talk with them about what I created so far. It is important to check in from time to time, to get the approval that everything is moving the the right direction, also from the cliets perspective.

  39. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  40. A: I work in my home studio, which is beautiful equiped place with all the acoustic isolation I need to create a great mix. You will find a lot of cables, wood and plants in here ;)

  41. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  42. A: I think music is about creativity! When its not creative it is often not musical and when its not musical you don't feel anything. Thats why my inspirations are Ed Sheeren, Black Sabbath, Tash Sultana, Bonobo, Eminem, Skrillex and Kygo!

  43. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  44. A: I help them to create the vision they can ot complet alone. This involves heavy mixing and sound design skills. Often we also create a vision together and I have to create a song from scratch, starting with a melody or chords.
