Sticky Fingers is a nickname given to my bass playing by my bandmates in Gardens & Villa and AmoAmo. Rooted in all of the groove based musical backgrounds (Pop, House, Dance, Reggae, Rock) to ensure the foundation of the song is WORKING through direct experience. Space, tone, interesting movement, excitement, and always in service to the song.
Self taught, intuitively trained, and road tested. I am among the founding members of Gardens & Villa and AmoAmo. My productions and playing can be heard on records and tv & film since 2010 with a cumulative tally of over 10 million Spotify plays. I love exciting players and musicality, but it will always come secondary to the completion of a timeless song. If something needs a deep pocket feel with great tone and excitement, please listen to my recordings and playing and know that I'll get the job done.
