I've been working on music for 6 years. After getting my degree at IED (Istituto Europeo di Design) in Sound Design, I've worked in Dale Studios in Rome and I developed my experience with Meliodika Studio, my own studio. Then I started to study Mix and Mastering Engineering at St. Louis College of Music. During these pasts years, I've worked on several projects for popular Italian artists like Mirko Alimenti, DozB, SAGOMA & Chimey and especially in the Techno underground and House scene, curating projects from Angelo Ferreri, Sæb, Maigual, Lorenzo Oppo and many more on labels like Meliodika, Natura Viva, Shaman Black, Right Music Records and more; projects that have charted on top 100.
I've produced official remixes for famous artists like 99Posse, O'Zulù, Capibara, Ottone Pesante and Marco Colonna in the Re::Sound project by Soundreef.
I like to work w/ different artists and their different visions, making their music sound professional w/ my personal imprint. I'm flexible w/ my fares for multiple songs or EPs.
If you have a question don't hesitate to contact me and let's work together ;)

Sebastian did a really good job and allowed me to finalise a track I was working on for a while. Love the that he added a personal touch to it making it more fluid and interesting.
Great communicator also! Sebastian was great with my track. Professionalism, competence and reasonable prices.
Interview with Sebastian Gulino
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: On production I usually make a pitch w/ the artists to better understand the direction the project have to follow and then I submit to them a short demo, if the demo is accepted we keep working on it until it satisfy my expectations and the artists too. On mixing, I start with a listening session trying to understand which are the main elements of the track, what to focus on and how to spatialise the sound. Then I start fixing the stems if they have some issues from recordings or bounce and organize the session. During the rough mix I set the width and the height of the elements that compose the song as I pitched on my listening session and then with analog and digital processing I mix them, in order to give them the right place on the mix and to define a depth that will constitute the 3D sound of a song.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My studio setup is very easy but powerful. I work especially in the box for a 75% and for the rest w/ analog gear. I use two different sound systems: one is more linear as possible and the other is a little bit more "coloured", to have a best feedback on my masters. Both two are linked w/ a Apollo 8 by UAD. I use analog compressor such as DBX for Voices and Guitars and a compact mastering console with opto expander, spectral compressor and tube eq by Focusrite.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: It depends, if we talk about music production, in the first years of my activity I was absolutely influenced by artists like Deadmau5. Nowadays I try to avoid musical influence to keep my style more original as possible. In my mixing workflow I've been influenced by senior mixing engineer I've worked for and then I've added on my workflow some elements from CLA's one, after following a masterclass in Lecco with him.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: My clients usually ask to me for Mixing and Mastering works. I work for some of them as a ghost producer, producing for them tracks that have reached high positions on iTunes Dance Chart, released by famous label.
