Mauricio is a great teacher! After a few lessons I could see a huge difference in playing and sightreading ability. His experience playing different genres of music throughout his career as a performer and teacher enables him to provide great insight into my playing. Now I’m working on and achieving musical feats and pieces of music I would have never attempted on my own. He is a master Jedi of piano.

A: What would you like me to do?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Be as clear as possible.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Grandpiano, MIDI Controller, my PC, my condenser and my drum set.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Versatile.

Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Original songs by different customers and jazz standards.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Improviser/arranger.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I usually compose/study and arrange on my acoustic piano and drums, but I do the final works in Ableton Live 11 Suite, Windows is something I've been using since I was born and therefore my forte is digital production, I have a Audient ID14 MKII audio interface, I use a Lewitt 440LTC as a condenser for my voice, and Studiologic and Arturia MIDI controllers and I have an infinite amount of VST that I manage very comfortably!

A: Being a lider on jazz combos, I love to make arrangements and propose ideas to the rest of the group I am in at the time.

A: Sound!
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: +10 years
Q: What do you bring to a song?
