Chance has Recorded and Mixed many artists such as Lil Tjay, Pop Smoke, Sheck Wes, King Von, Sheff G, Dave East, Justin Rarri, Yung Mal, and many more. Chance has helped create and develop the sound and style of the newly accustomed New York City Hip Hop Style.
I am an audio, recording, mixing, and mastering engineer who is certified in Tier 4 Pro Tools, UAD Plug-Ins, Waves Plug-ins, Autotune Antares, Melodyne, etc. I started really focusing on Hip-Hop engineering after attending the best audio engineering school called The Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences in Tempe, AZ, I started engineering micing up and recording bands through API, SSL, and Neve consoles, with endless rack equipment, so my analog knowledge is extremely sharp. Then, I wanted to take everything I knew from the analog world and wanted to change the hip hop game mixing the two together. I have recorded/mixed some of the top hip hop artists in the game, and mixing my own secret skills I learned from the analog game, and applying it to the 'new' sound of New York/Atlanta/Los Angeles Style Rap to really give my mixes and recordings the edge we needed.
