Interview with Nick Brown
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Communication (aside from playing Guitar!). I pride myself on being prompt, clear and organised which I feel helps with the process of getting the result you're hoping for with your project.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I enjoy and appreciate a wide range of genres and styles from Rock to Modern Pop, Jazz, Country, Blues...just about anything, so the list of inspiration and influences is huge! From a recording/guitarist perspective I love creating/finding parts that fit the song and I also love the challenge of playing specific written parts.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Recording Guitar tracks - Electric, Acoustic, Bass. Anything from a single guitar part/lick/solo on top of an existing track through to building up an entire track with multiple parts.
