Sometimes, a composer or a tune-smith knowns exactly what he wants, but, due to his short knowledge of the target music instrument (this is my case as a guitar player looking for the keyboard), he needs the assistance of a person who masters the said instrument. This is what I found by Zeff: he is patient, makes variants for the same musical material. As a pianist, Zeff plays with precision and soberty, but he is able to "modernize" - if necessary - the style and/or the global sound of a work.

Zeff deserves five stars! not only is he an artist but a very "scrupulous" musician. He knows how to render the spirit of a composition. The task wasn't that easy: transposing guitar music to the piano! I couldn't expect a better rendition, technically and aesthetically speaking.
