Interview with Mike Morrisey
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: Standing On The Rock was a live recording that my church St Peter The Rock recorded back in November of 2019. it was my first ever live recording. I was music director also played main keys and Aldo did drum programming, and co wrote and lead a song on the project called "The Great I Am"

A: Im currently working on my first single

A: making music to make people smile and to make them think. To spread positivity and good vibes through the music

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I was working with special needs children. I've been a musician all my life and I got into this seriously in 2018

A: Groovy, Smooth, In the pocket
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Samoht vocally he is amazing and I love the vibe he brings with his music. another artist is Kierra Sheard because she's a powerful singer with a nice tone

A: I usually work on gospel/CCM
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: paying attention to detail and bring a solid sound
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: clean recording, solid synth lines, and embellishments
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I get the track and find out what the artist would like to hear on the project I spend time to listen to it, then I start to see what sounds can fit the track then I play around with ideas and then I record.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have a small but effective setup, I use a MacBook Pro late 2011 version, PreSonus interface and speakers and condenser mic, a Yamaha MX61 keyboard as a midi controller, Beats headphones and Audio Technica
