Interview with Henri Vuortenvirta (Henzo)
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Other than demo's for Korea, I have three Solo projects going on at the moment. Producing a Chill-hop album, Electronic Metal album and some Techno tunes. Mostly for my own satisfaction. I like to vary styles a bit so I don't get stuck in one-sided thinking.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I started out recording and mixing live bands, as well as producing my own Electronic Rock music around 10 years ago prior to that I was just playing guitar for fun. My taste in music has always been very wide and I stumbled upon a Music Publisher working for Japan and Korea who took interest in my music and I've been honing my skills and producing music full time to get into the Asian market ever since.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Catchy hooks, Memorable songs, and a Unique sound. I am not afraid to mash a lot of different genres together, from Folk, Heavy metal, Electro-swing, Techno, you name it. I have worked in many different genres through my 10 years of experience.
