I can create a song for you from scratch or build a full arrangement around your existing ideas. Recently I've worked on Fabia Rebordão's "Eu Sou", an album that combines traditional Portuguese acoustic instruments with Pop and Electronica elements, resulting in a fresh new sound. If you don't want to sound like everyone else, I'm your guy.
I'm a Music Producer / Songwriter from Lisbon, Portugal.
One of the things I consider to be of extreme importance is to find a way to bring out what's unique about every song/artist. It seems like people get too caught up in trying to sound like everything else that's hot right now, and although having a "current" sound is important, it's also very important to have an identity.
I produce "radio ready" music and I feel comfortable working in a multitude of genres.
This means I can create a song from scratch based on your input or create a full arrangement around your demo/idea (including voice memos)
I also provide Mixing and Mastering services for your tracks if you so desire.
I emerge myself in every single project I work on, which means I'm completely committed to putting forth my absolute best for your song!
I'd love to hear about your project. Click the 'Contact' button above to get in touch.

Interview with Kapa de Freitas
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I always work on a piece of music as if it's the one people will know me for, so I only bring my A game to table.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Helping people fulfil their visions for their music.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Less is more.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I tend to work mainly on Pop music, which is a massive "umbrella".
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Understanding what elements are essencial to a production, and which ones are just "excess noise".
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: The ability to highlight the unique points about it, figuring out what makes the song unique and then letting it shine.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: The most common type of work I do is taking the clients demo's and turning them in to finished songs. This means anything from building a complete arrangement from scratch, or just fine tuning existing arrangements.
