She exudes creativity alongside bands big and small as well as DJs, producing music for artists, developing advertising campaigns, creating film content and perhaps most importantly, becoming an advocate to young creatives on how to perfect their craft.

  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: I’m most proud to have worked with a non profit in San Fransisco called Giant Steps Music where women were asked to take part in a music residency to learn how wen connect with our communities through our music. We were able to workshop and compose and record and entire album in just two weeks. I was honored to be asked to mix and master the entire project! The album is streaming currently on Spotify!

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: I’m working on music for advertising and gaming companies as well as finding my footing in tv and film!

  5. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  6. A: I prefer Digital for workflow purposes I can get creative quicker.

  7. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  8. A: I promise to make an impact on your blueprint.

  9. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  10. A: What I love most about my work is the freedom I have to create and network with just about anyone who needs music or a musician. It’s been the single most satisfying part of my work!

  11. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  12. A: Some questions I get asked about my services is how fast can they receive their stems. My answer is always how soon would you like them. I’m a firm believer in delivering the clients needs and not getting in the way of that has proven successful.

  13. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  14. A: The biggest misconception about being a session drummer is our versatility. Most drummers can and will play ANY style that’s asked of them even if they have a dominate genre they normally play.

  15. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  16. A: A question I may ask a potential client would be the intent of the track. It would better help me understand the tone and energy to deliver on the track.

  17. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  18. A: My advice for procuring services from me would be to be as clear and transparent with your ideas that’d you’d like to come forth.

  19. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  20. A: Water, IPad, Headphones, Mini MPC, and iRig adapter.

  21. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  22. A: My career path started playing drums with entrainment companies for private events. To then transition to mixing and playing live shows as well as recording artists that I play for. I’ve been in the industry over 10 years.

  23. Q: How would you describe your style?

  24. A: My style is simply eclectic and adaptable to any genre!

  25. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  26. A: I would honestly love to work with someone like Charlie Puth and/or H.E.R their music can both be intricate at times but mainly really fun to listen to!

  27. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  28. A: The typical style of music I work on daily would be between Rock and Soul with a special appearance by Gospel.

  29. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  30. A: My strongest skills are beat production and vocal arranging.

  31. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  32. A: I like to think my rhythmic mind tends brings a certain element of fullness to a track. I like to think my sound adds completion to any vibe of a song!

  33. Q: What's your typical work process?

  34. A: My typical work process consist of coming up with different drum patterns to then build melodies around. If the song moves to live drums I would add them at this time. I then mix down all the tracks once satisfied.

  35. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  36. A: My studio set up consist of an iMac with Logic Pro X and Ableton Live. As well as the Maschine MK3 for building tracks. My favorite Neumann TLM Condenser Mic for vocals and lastly a Tama Superstar Drumset for recording live drums.

  37. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  38. A: I’m most inspired by women in the industry like Nona Hendricks, Missy Elliot, Linda Perry, Ann Minceli just to name a few!

  39. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  40. A: The most common work in hired for is session drumming. I will deliver live clean and precise drum tracks to any genre song or project!
