Music producer, multi instrumentalist, mixing engineer.

Hi There!

I'm Tino and I'm all about working to create your perfect song. Doesn't matter if all you have is just a voice memo on your phone, you need something entirely from scratch or a full song that just needs mixing, I'm your guy.

I've been making music for over 15 years and have experience in everything around Pop, Rock, Sing-Songwriter, EDM, Dance and Punk.

For me the comunication is really important. You will be kept up to date frequently. At the same time it's important for me to have the client's feedback and direction from the very beginning so that the final song is exactly what the client wants it to be.

Please keep in mind: I do not write lyrics or vocal melodies. I do however work closely with several topliners so that service can be arranged if needed at an extra cost.

Please include your budget when reaching out.

Would love to hear from you. Click the contact button above to get in touch.

    A great music producer!!
I had a wonderful experience with TinoLeaders on a project of a pop song I've composed.
He did a great job, was very patient and understanding to my request, and I am very happy with the final song.
    Highly recommended!!

Interview with Valentin Macagno

  1. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  2. A: Do you have any vocal melody already written or references? What would you like to hear in your song from those references (ie instruments, mood, sections, etc)? What's your timeline?

  3. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  4. A: Hire someone you get along/vibe with. That will help a lot.

  5. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  6. A: Macbook Pro, scarlett 2i2 3rd gen, Adam T7V monitors, kemper profiler and PRS electric guitar.

  7. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  8. A: Been doing it for more than 15 years, as musician, artist and producer.

  9. Q: How would you describe your style?

  10. A: Adaptable, a combination of modern sounds and acoustic instruments.

  11. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  12. A: Taylor Swift, her songwriting is incredible.

  13. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  14. A: No need for 9 layers of synths, less is more.

  15. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  16. A: Pop, Dark Pop, Singer-Songwriter, Rock, Heavy Metal, Punk, EDM

  17. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  18. A: I bring more than 15 years of experience writing and producing songs that have been played in radios all over the world and featured in different printed magazines, but most important I work for the artist, so I would never do something the artist doesn't want to. Achieving the artist's vision is what matters.

  19. Q: What's your typical work process?

  20. A: Producing a song from scratch starts with the artist's idea. They would normally have some references regarding the style, instrumentation and mood of the song. So once we talk about that I start writing a demo, if the artist likes it he/she can record the vocals. Once I have them I can finish the entire production, mix and master.

  21. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  22. A: Mackbook Pro, Logic Pro, Adam T5V studio monitors, SM7B shure microphone, Kemper Profiler, variety of acoustic and electric guitars, vast collection of third party plugins and virtual instruments.

  23. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  24. A: Aubrey Whitefield, Andrew Watt, Kane Churko, Zark Cervini.

  25. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  26. A: Most common type of work is full song production. Artist usually contact me with some rough vocal melodies they have on their phones and I create a full track based on that. Other times they just have an idea, a few references, on how they want their song to sound like.
