Kaby Burton

Poetic & Versatile Lyricist

Kaby Burton on SoundBetter

I'm a very versatile writer who enjoys writing for all sorts of genres from Metal to Musicals and Pop. I have already worked for clients on fiverr and the german label DarkTunes. My favourite style of writing is very imaginative, poetic and epic!

Background:
I've been working actively as a lyricist since autumn 2019.
I have worked on Pop, Rock, Gothic Electronic, Musicals and Soundtracks for clients on fiverr and for the german music label DarkTunes.
My specialization is epic, poetic, metaphorical lyrics that tell the story in a beautifully unique way. I like writing songs that people can later decode and search for the meaning in them. My biggest inspiration are Bands like Nightwish and Avantasia.
I started releasing my own music which you can find on Spotify under 'Kaby Burton'.
I am open to any genre you want me to write :)

Interview with Kaby Burton

  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: Oscar Simanski's musical macabre was a joy to work on, because I was allowed to form the storyline to the songs and had to include dialogue which I haven't done before this project. It was a beautiful opportunity!

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: My next single 'The Dance' coming February 2021 ;)
