Hey hows it going, my names Ja'Coy and i'm a contest winning rapper from Toronto, Canada. I specialize in New age rap,"Real" rap, pop music/r&b, female rap, trap, uk grime and soul music. Wether its a melodic sound or hard hitting bars that even a seasoned rap enthusiast is gonna pull back, I can deliver, in volume and record speed.

I was an aspiring rapper but as I grew up I started to realize the business of the music industry. Now I want to offer my writing expertise and abilities to help new upcoming teams create amazing songs that will stand the test of time. I've preformed live shows, won song contest and was apart of an independent music group who created albums, music videos and other content from scratch with no budget so I understand the importance of creating good quality music in large amounts in small increments of time. My step father is a music producer so from the age of 8 i've been recording music not only honing my music writing skills but understanding the theory behind what makes a good song great and how to turn even the blandest beat into an amazing song. My favourite type of music to create is New age hip-hop and pop/r&b. The high energy in my personality is easily expressed through these musical genres, but my deep understanding of the struggles of my generation and culture allow me to make emotional/love songs(both hip hop and pop/r&b) and soul music. I'm an avid reader and stay up to date with world matters, this combination allows me to weave vivid pictures, scenes and experiences through my words which are relatable to the listeners of todays music.
