Versatile vocalist for hire comfortable in Folk/Alternative/Indie Pop styles.
Hello, I'm Josie! I'm a British, Brighton based session singer. A few moons ago I was a BMG signed Indie Folk artist but these days I prefer the flexibility and variety of session work. I love collaborating and am looking forward to bringing my experience and passion to your project.
I have a versatile voice, most of my work seems to be for Pop and Rock but am particularly comfortable in Folk and Jazz.
Recent sessions include EMIPM, Evolution Music, Universal and BVLGARI.
Equipment - I work in Logic x using a UA Apollo Twin to record and have a variety of microphones to suit the project (Opal OM7 Tube Mic, Aston Spirit, Shure SM7B).
I offer:
Professional high quality vocal recordings 2 takes per job (fully comped/edited, delivered as raw, soloed stems)
1 set of BVs per job
also:
-Lyric writing
-Topline/ melody writing
I'm also fluent in Spanish, so can sing Spanish if required.
I usually offer a 3-5 day turnaround, although it could be quicker, please just ask!
I'd love to hear about your project. Click the 'Contact' button above to get in touch.
