I'm a singer/songwriter active in the London music scene. I specialise in songwriting, performance, especially lyric-writing, and top line melodies, and I have plenty of experience as a session singer. I'm well versed in acoustic folk noir, blues, jazz and pop rock.
My artist name is Echo Wants Her Voice Back and I'm a London based, singer-songwriter, and actress, described as "folk noir" with blues rock influences. After a successful crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter, I self-released a 7 track EP in 2015, and went on to perform at the 2016 South by Southwest Festival. So far I've released a series of singles and music videos on my YouTube channel. My song “Mermaids” was released on the 15th of November, in collaboration with Paris based rapper/producer The Spectre and was picked up by BBC Introducing as part of its radio showcase. On the 28th of February, 2020 my sixth single “Flow” was released - a piano ballad recorded/mixed in London by MCASSO producer Mike Connaris. My newest single “Bury You” feat. The Spectre and produced by the latter, was released on August 1st, 2020. Next single release is planned on the 12th of February, 2021, and official music video to follow.
