I studied classical singing at Illinois Wesleyan University, obtaining a Bachelor's of Music. Since then, I've been singing in choral groups in Chicago, which has involved both performing live and recording. I've also recorded as a featured soloist on albums by independent artists in the city.

The music I write makes very specific demands on a vocalist. When I saw Celia's page she seemed perfect for the project I'm working on. Boy was that right! The parts I gave her would be pretty weird for an amateur -- sometimes there's a key, sometimes not, dense chords, kind of unlikely melodic lines, absolutely weird syncopated rhythms -- oh, and three different languages. Let me just tell you, not only did Celia not trip on any of that, she had executed the parts perfectly the first time, no revisions. Celia is absolutely EASY to work, and without a doubt will be a SOLID ally for your music
