Over 15 years of audio production experience at an affordable rate!
Mixing is HARD to get right, but I'm here to make your life easier at a very reasonable price. In today's age of digital audio production, DAWs and plug-in manufacturer's are doing everything they can to create the simplest and most user friendly tools possible to allow a novice to create a good mix. These are obviously great resources to have, but they often take the ear of an experienced mixing engineer out of the equation. Not every plug-in preset will sound great on YOUR vocal, and not all plug-ins should be designed to take care of EVERY stage of the mixing process.
I pride myself on creating the best in-the-box (all digital) mix by spending as many hours necessary to get the best sound possible. I don't own $10,000 worth of the "latest and greatest" plug-ins, but I pride myself on achieving the same or better results with the process I have used for years. You will not receive a 'preset' mix (as I like to call them), but rather a meticulous and original sound you can't beat for the price!

Endorse Wes TaylorI recently worked with Wes on an original song. He strikes a perfect balance between helping foster the artists ideas as well as join in the creative process to really bring things to life. He is lightning fast with recording software which leaves much more time for the fun parts of recording and making music! He also has a lot of experience with a variety of styles and is able to bring fresh and creative ideas to the collaborative process.
I've worked with Wes on multiple projects and my dude does it all. As a session player, he is fantastic on guitars (electric and acoustic) and really understands where each instrument should fit into the song. He is also great on piano and bass; a true one stop shop for what your song needs.
I've also worked with Wes as a mix engineer, and dude will get you to perfection. Whether it's tuning and mixing your vocal, or making sure that the drums sound tight and right in the pocket, he is going to put in the work to make your song sounds professional.
Can't recommend him enough.Wes is a master at his craft and getting better all the time. I have personally tracked, edited, and been a part of mixing with Wes and his process leaves no room for imperfection. Wes has a unique ability to hear and create something amazing from every artist’s content. Whether he is mixing or engineering, Wes is sure to make your music and art the best that it can be. -TJ Rifkin Music
