I'm always looking to create special moments for listeners. Reach out and let's create some magic together!
I've been a touring and recording drummer based out of Nashville for about 5 years and I'm now bringing my home studio to SoundBettter because I love the process of creating and recording new music.
Every track I do is specifically tailored towards you and your needs, so if you have any questions please feel free to reach out and we can chat about how to get you the best possible drum tracks for your project.
Cheers!
Send me an email through 'Contact' button above and I'll get back to you asap.
Interview with Daniel Kozlowski
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: After getting a track from a client, I'll usually listen a few times, once or twice for charting, and then as many listens as I need to begin to develop my mental image of the sound and shape of a track. I can make some large-scale decisions this way (overall groove, drum tunings, etc.) before I move into the nitty-gritty of recording. Once I'm in the thick of it, I'll make more decisions about instrumentation, and I'll let what I'm creating interact with the track, which usually leads to more inspiration.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: These days, mostly country with various shades of pop to it.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Favorite Drummers: Steve Jordan, Al Jackson Jr., John Bonham, Aaron Sterling, Paul Mabury
