Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

A: I tend to work on pop-rock or Christian, but I've also worked on pop, country, spoken word, etc.

Q: What's your strongest skill?

A: My strongest skill is serving the song. I try to not be married to any one idea and try to let the song speak for itself.

Q: What do you bring to a song?

A: I like to think that I bring my unique outlook to the song. I tend to look for the energy in a song. It may not be an upbeat song, but I like to highlight where the emotion of the song is coming from.

Q: What's your typical work process?

A: My process for writing usually starts with a guitar riff and an idea from my notes app, but lately, I've been creating full demos and writing to them.

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

A: I work with Logic Pro. I have a few options for guitars and run through a kemper floor unit. My pedalboard includes Strymon Big Sky and Timeline, 1981 DRV, Bondi Sick As, and a few others that tend to change.

Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

A: As a songwriter, I am inspired by writers like Ryan Tedder. As a guitar player, I am inspired by players like Drew Shirley and James duke.

Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

A: I am primarily a songwriter and demo producer. I have worked as a freelance musician on sites like Fiverr recording guitar and bass tracks for various projects.
