Aaron Westberry on SoundBetter

I like music

Dropped out of college to pursue a career in music because it beats a 9-5 anyday. Our work will be better than anyone else's on this platform and if you don't believe that then I don't want to work with you. I am a songwriter, vocalist, mixer/producer and I will work with you until you get what you want.

Send me an email through 'Contact' button above and I'll get back to you asap.

Interview with Aaron Westberry

  1. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  2. A: My own upcoming release when I'm not working on clients work.

  3. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  4. A: I try to feel the same emotions that they are trying to convey through the song

  5. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  6. A: Listen to their style and see if you vibe with it first, their quality could be top notch but if you aren't on the same page as them style wise you will leave dissapointed

  7. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  8. A: Water, Water, Food, Food, then I guess a piano.

  9. Q: How would you describe your style?

  10. A: Emotional

  11. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  12. A: Sam Hunt or LANY - the way they convey their emotions through music is beautiful

  13. Q: What's your typical work process?

  14. A: When writing my own songs I will mess around on the piano until I find a pattern or chord progression that I like and then before anything I will write/get an idea for the vocals. Then as I begin production I will first make the biggest part of the song and from then on break it down for the intro, verses, bridge...

  15. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  16. A: Lot of vocal work, most have already found a beat they want to use
