Composer, music producer, live electronics performer, João Milet Meirelles is dedicated to the research of electronic sounds and music production with a special attention to textures and timbres created with analog gear, modular synths, Elektron Octatrack, Ableton Live, Bitwig, Reaper.
Since 2010 he has developed his authorial work in music in live electronics performances with authorial compositions within the "Infusão" project.
Since 2012 he plays and produces live electronics at Baiana System. Band formed in 2009 with extensive curriculum and strong presence in the new Brazilian music scene.
In 2020 he launched Taxidermia Vol.1, a project in partnership with the composer Jadsa.
Since 2004 he works as a composer and musician of soundtracks for theater, dance and cinema.
