I've been privileged to work with Grammy award-winning musicians, Oscar-winning actors and on television broadcasts viewed by more than 25 million people. I've been able to create a career that has touched pretty much every medium involving audio and, as the years pass, it hasn't gotten any less exciting.

Endorse Adam ClairmontIf you want the best then Adam is the best.
I have worked with Adam for nearly a year now. Adam knows his job inside and out. He is professional, reliable, understanding, easy to work with, and gives you the environment to create and reach what you need to achieve as an Artist. I would highly recommend Adam for any Project you need to accomplish. With a strong combination of knowledge and skill Adam had just the right touch to bring my songs to life in the studio. He has great musical instincts and communicates exceptionally well. He and I developed a working relationship that I came to place a very high value on. I look forward to working with him again.
Adam is talented , gives clear direction and honest input. He has solid musical sensitivity and is knowledgeable about a variety of musical styles. He is at home with himself, his skills and his gifts. As a result, I am at home with him. Adam thoroughly loves what he does and consistently moves toward excellence.
I've been fortunate enough to work w/ Adam Clairmont on a number of sessions at Overit Studios. I would highly recommend him for any project. He's intuitive & creates a safe welcoming atmosphere for an artist to create. I was amazed with the mix of my last EP... it was the closest thing I heard to the sounds playing in my head.
Adam has a great combination of technical skill, creative intuition and attentiveness. These qualities really make you feel at home in his studio and, in my case at least, lead to pleasing results.
Interview with Adam Clairmont
Q: What are you working on at the moment?

Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: A worship record and ADR for an award winning television series.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I will deliver every time. I hold myself to the highest standard. No budget, will ever restrict me to delivering what I believe is below my standards. I work until I am happy. If I am happy, most of the time my client is also happy!
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Overit Studios is a hybrid studio. We have an Avid C 24 controller, Barefoot Micro Mains, and many excellent outboard gear selections allowing us to approach our work without the limitations that 100% digital or 100% analogue may present. Our control room was meticulously constructed and designed by renowned acoustician Chris Bowman (Sterling Sound, Alicia Keys Oven Studios). Having such a well tuned room allows us to mix, and not guess! That means our clients are delivered accurate and translatable audio every time!
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I see mostly rock, singer-songwriters and gospel. Overit Studios has a large tracking room which appeals to orchestral music and folk artists, so I see a fair share of that as well.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Both. Why do we need to limit ourselves?
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: This is my dream job. Working and forming amazing relationships with talented, artistic, friendly people is a wonderful way to spend your time!
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: Anyone with a laptop, protools, and a million stolen plugins is an engineer.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Follow your instincts
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Listening
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I am a knowledge addict, so I truly appreciate and admire professionals who are freely giving their time and experience such as Dave Pensado, Warren Huart, David Glen, and many others.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: My time is split fairly evenly between music and commercial post production.
