This guy is a great singer and almost as important, a great communicator. His revisions are always on point and one really important thing about Gabriel's work flow is he knows from experience how to record pop vocals. I've worked with some singers who don't know that when you lay down harmonies after the lead vocal, they have to be the same length so the harmonies match up vertically and horizontally! This is crucial and Gabriel gets it right. We're about to work on my third tune. Good times.

Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: “I’ll fix it in post,” ACTUALLY means “I should delete this now and take the time to get it right.”
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My attention to detail. I'm knowledgeable in musical fundamentals, arrangement, and voice leading when it comes to vocals and instrumentation. Also, as an engineer, I understand what the product should sound like at the end and take pride in setting my clients up for a good clean mix. Lastly I have always had a good ear for “the pocket” and how to use it which makes timing a big part of my expression in a vocal.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Conviction, perseverance, and a FRESH Perspective. My well honed creative process is geared toward creating content that respects the client or project outlines and also exceeds expectations in my own creative ways. With the hope that the love and care that went into my contribution is audible and obvious.
