Session Guitarist // Producer

Throughout my 20 year musical career, I have garnered a reputation as a premier guitarist, producer, composer and educator. My approach to music is balanced with formal university jazz education and 20 years of tours performing rock, country, blues, groove, and funk. I’ve performed on over 40 records, including a recent record w/ Drive By Truckers.

2024 has seen me in my home recording studio, performing on songs for artists from across the world, while also composing, arranging, and mixing recording projects for a myriad of artists. I have 25 years experience as a session musician, collaborator, and bandleader in the U.S. and Europe.

My strengths are in taking your ideas and helping them grow in to a final and finely put together artistic statement. I have worked hard to develop an encyclopedic wealth of approaches and arranging skills, and I have many references that will say the same.

I finished my Masters Degree in Guitar Performance at the end of the 2000’s and spent the 2010’s as an associate professor at three Universities in the MidWest while simultaneously performing across the world. My teaching experiences, mixed with my varied domestic and international tours, have informed my exploration within the discourse of music from across the world, with specialties in American music.

I am the house guitarist for The Jelly (feat. rising entertainers such as J. Hoard, Melissa McMillan, and Andrea Daly), recording for numerous NYC artists, and performing my original music in the U.S. and abroad. I am available to work on your project and make it the final artistic and successful project you dreamed it could be.
