I am very approachable with fast responses, and I will pay careful attention to your project description. For lyrics to your melody or chord progression, select "Songwriter - Lyrics". If you have lyrics already, I can put a great melody to them - just select "Songwriter - Melody". For both lyrics and melody, I will charge for both services. I offer other services as well, including session guitar or male/female vocal tracks (my wife). I can also provide MIDI keyboard synths or strings to supplement any song, I will just need the chord progression for the utmost accuracy. I work with Logic Pro X but can translate to other DAWs.

Interview with Scott Vasconcellos
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: You will be happy with what you get. Your project will be treated as if it were my own.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Music. Plain and simple.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What's your musical purpose?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Please feel free to contact me. My door is always open and no project is too small or strange.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Guitar, my wife's voice, our keyboard, my computer, and a solar battery for power!
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Definitely a unique alt-indie artist, with minimalistic pop songwriter attributes.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would love to work with Relient K or Switchfoot since both of those bands were what I listened to growing up.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Record at -6 dB and make sure all tracks have the appropriate EQ balances and instrument-specific compression. Make sure your song is performance-ready before you record.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Creativity and versatility.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: Like many musicians, I picked up all kinds of odd jobs. I was a music teacher at a private high school, I was a weekly band leader for many different churches, and I gave personal lessons. Most recently, however, I finally released music on all digital platforms. Check out "Scott Vasconcellos" on Spotify Apple music, etc!
