Producer/ Vocal Processing Engineer/ Mixer/ Multi-Instrumentalist/ Songwriter
I can make full production songs from just dry bare bone stems that you recorded. I can do all the effect adding, editing, and polishing. I enjoy the process of building the song and sounds from scratch. It's also much easier working with dry signals. If you have a demo or a rough idea recorded that will help. I am a multi-instrumentalist, singer, guitarist, drummer, songwriter, and producer. I've been making music for 16 years and have been producing for 12. I've always enjoyed working with other artists and making their songs sound professional. Remember it's your song, your vision, I'm here to help you make it sound the way you always dreamed it would.
Also I won't put a number on how many revisions I allow because I feel like that stifles the creative process of producing. Turn-around time is usually quick, within a week usually, but if a track needs more attention we can spend more time on it.
What makes me stand out from the crowd is my expertises in vocal processing. Vocals can make or break a song. In my opinion vocals are not only the most important part of the song, they are also the hardest to get right, and often the most overlooked. I specialize in using Celemony's Melodyne and have been using it for 12 years. I know all the ins and outs and I'm sure working together we will create something you are very proud to release. Amazing vocal talents!! I might have a good selection of instruments in my arsenal, but honestly, my recording setup is lackluster, to say the least. I sent over a few takes of a song, along with all the files, and he built it up, helped me immensely with drums, fixed vocal timing issues in post, created harmonies from my first takes, and added vocal effects that really make this shine. I will 100% be a returning customer.
Thank you, Tom!
Thomas has an ear for melody that’s second to none, and also sonically takes a mix to another level. On top of that, he is really personable and down to earth, (which is becoming rarer and harder to find these days). Weather it’s producing, mixing, or mastering... Thomas is your one stop shop.
Tom was incredibly knowledgeable but was still very open to new ideas. He was able to help in so many ways, and I have honestly learned a lot from this. I was working on a few piano covers, and Tom was able to add a massive amount of space, while still making things much cleaner. Got rid of the muddy sounds without killing the beautiful sound of the grand piano.
I came back to him a bit later with an original I wrote with vocals. Then his talents really shined. The amount of control he had with any take was so impressive. I'm very happy. I will definitely be using Toms services in the future.

Communication was great, totally down to talk on zoom and on the phone. Very flexible. I sent him some stems of a very much unfinished song and he helped me arrange, produce and write to completion. He does some great work with vocal production specifically. Totally worth the money.

Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Get to know the equipment and software you have before throwing loads of money into the next plugin or the next interface or the next MIDI controller.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Mainly pop music but I have worked on all genres, including rap, hip-hop, and R&B
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: How I process vocals is definitely my strongest skill.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring my vocal processing experience and expertise, my knowledge of Melodyne, and my taste in processing and effects.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I promise that you will be more than happy with the results.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: A couple things at a time usually because I work really fast.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Both, but unfortunately with digital software becoming increasingly more affordable and analog gear pretty much retaining its value, Digital is not only more affordable but also more easily accessible and readily available. That being said, I mainly run on digital equipment because of the cost factor.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I get to do what I love in all aspects everyday.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: What is Melodyne? Melodyne is the best of the best vocal pitch correction software. But it is so mush more than that, It can make any audio file function like midi files. And it goes beyond that even farther.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Laptop, USB Mic, Acoustic Guitar, Headphones, Solar panel electricity. Nothing could go wrong with that setup!

Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Ryan Tedder, Colt Capperrune, Charlie Puth
