Sarah is brilliant. Her vocals are silky smooth, and her automatic ear for melodies and production is priceless. Will definitely be working with her again.

Interview with Sarah Goff - Grayce Media

  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: I recently worked on a spoken word album for my own music project called labels. I wrote, recorded, produced, mixed and mastered the entire project. It was a lot of work, but so much fun and a huge achievement for me as it was a hard project to release because it's my story.

  4. A: Some of my own songs and an EP for a friend.

  5. Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

  6. A: Aimee Francis

  7. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  8. A: Digital. That's what I've learned and what I have equipment wise.

  9. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  10. A: To make their project come to life.

  11. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  12. A: Doing what I love and making someone's vision come to life.

  13. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  14. A: Where do I start? Answer: (Depending on the project) Let's talk about the song first and see what your vision is for this project.

  15. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  16. A: That it's easy, doesn't take much time and isn't worth the money.

  17. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  18. A: What is your vision for this project? What kind of sound are you going for? Who is your audience?

  19. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  20. A: Make sure whoever you pick to do your project has your vision in mind first, but be flexible and open to ideas for your project that you might not have thought of to begin with.
