Tsvetan Nikolaev has completed 12 years of music education in classical piano. He has worked in the recording industry for over 15 years. His clients come from all music genres, as he is able to recognise the trends in each style equally well. Tsvetan has developed the skill to listen to any musical idea and extract the absolute maximum from it.
Tsvetan started playing the piano at the age of 5. He went on to study for 12 years at a respected music school in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. In 2000, together with a classmate of his, he embarked on a musical career as the group “Respect”. The band acquired much popularity and in 2008 their hit “Druga Naglasa” (Another Attitude) entered MTV’s World Chart Express. At that time, Tsvetan also began collaborating with many Bulgarian artists and his role in their projects varied from a sound engineer to producer, vocalist, instrumentalist etc.
In 2010, Tsvetan and his duet partner wrote a song with which they participated in a competition for the new hymn of their birthplace - Plovdiv; later on, the song became a special symbol for the city.
Tsvetan has an own sound recording studio in which he continues to work to this day. It is equipped with high quality analogue and digital technology for sound recording, mixing and mastering.
His current projects include working with famous Bulgarian performers from all genres. His main activities involve mixing and mastering, as well as sound recording and the composition of music.
