I'm an artist specializing in Techno, House, Tech House, and Progressive music. I love making hip-hop, indie dance, and experimental music as well.
Weska‘s journey as an artist has been one of hard work and dedication, culminating in the release of his music on some of the most prestigious labels in the industry. From Drumcode to Mute, Cocoon to Bedrock, Kraftek to Filth On Acid, and more recently Factory 93, Weska’s talent and drive have earned him a place among the greats. He’s been a regular on Adam Beyer’s Drumcode as well as making appearances on Pleasurekraft’s Kraftek imprint, Sven Väth’s Cocoon Recordings, and more recently his own self-releasing Waves series.
In addition to his solo work, Weska has also had the honour of collaborating with some of the biggest names in the business, including Sven Väth, Bart Skils, Pleasurekraft and Quivver to name a few. Each of these partnerships has allowed Weska to grow as an artist and bring his unique blend of technical prowess and artistic vision around the world. An audio engineer graduate from the SAE Institute in Berlin, he currently does freelance work for Audiotent, Production Music Live, and writes, mixes, and masters for a selection of mainstay house and techno producers.

Third time I work with Weska and the good thing is also that the quality remains high and the tracks gets better and better..He has also the ability to keep your melodic parts alive while having pumping drums and solid low end.

It was a pleasure to work with Weska..
Good flow, clear communication and high quality final result..
Will certainly work with him again.. Weska’s sessions have totally changed my approach to producing music. Each session, he introduces new concepts and pushes me to apply new techniques in my tracks. He listens carefully to the tracks I send him, and explains how each element can sound more dynamic and professional. There is absolutely no comparison between Weska’s tailored approach to teaching and the “one-size-fits-all” courses all over the internet. He is an expert producer, but is super friendly and cares about helping his students improve. I would recommend Weska’s sessions to anyone who wants to make better music.
I worked with Weska a couple hours and he helped me way more than every tutorial on YouTube. He really knows how good techno tracks sounds and tells you what is missing on your work. In addition he is super friendly. Just contact him you wont regret it.
Hi, I'm Jose from NYC and so very Happy to have had some Music production sessions with Weska, who's very insightful !! I've been producing on and off for over 5 yrs now, but more serious lately. I have released previously on Funk’nDeep records. So I'm not a beginner per se. His classes will give you a different perspective/ different way of producing. I believe you should never stop learning. And boy he does deliver and he's such an easy going guy. I found the tips in our sessions very useful. Thank you! :)
I've worked with Weska many times and every session is extremely helpful and his feedback is always on point. He understands the song writting process very well and his experience with techno and house music translates very well into each session. Would definitely recommend to everyone looking to work with a knowledgeable and friendly professional.
Interview with Weska
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Turn your hi-hats down!
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Right now I keep it very simple with my Macbook Pro, Behringer CAT, Yamaha CS Reface, and my Arturia Mikrofreak. I make most of my music on headphones, a combination of Pioneer HDJ-X10 and Sennheiser HD 25.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: KSHMR is on another level, very talented guy. Timmo and Bart Skils are wizards when it comes to mixing and groove. Wehbba is a synth beast and complete gear freak. Mike Dean's hip hop has also inspired my own production a ton, he's so talented. Overall though, Kevin Parker (Tame Impala) and Eric Prydz are at the forefront of inspiration for me - I believe both of them are true innovators of their generations.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring 100% commitment and dedication to music with 10 years of experience and a life long passion for sound.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I've been doing music for almost 10 years now, first DJing and then later producing. I loved DJing but I always wanted to create my own music, so the transition was natural for me.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I usually work on electronic music - ranging from techno, house and tech, to more progressive and experimental breaks. I also enjoy writing hip hop.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Mixing and Mastering as well as additional music production assistance for particular clients, such as fixing / replacing drum sounds, adding fx and atmosphere, arrangement assistance.
