  19. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  20. A: Listen to my work. If you feel like I can help add to your existing greatness lets team up and make it even greater. Me having skill means nothing if I cant execute things with people. Music is beautiful and meant to be shared with others.

  28. A: Beyonce. Im from Houston. She is a god to me. Her work ethic and ability is unmatched.

  29. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  30. A: Write to chords and produce around the SONG.I am a producer but we sing cadence and lyrics of songs and not drum patterns. that high hat is important but not nearly as important as an infectious hook that we want to sing over and over while we dance in our living rooms!

  31. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  32. A: I usually work on R&B

  33. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  34. A: My strongest skill is Songwriting. And a close tie in with that is vocal production. I think they go hand and hand.(Topline,Harmonies and adlibs,Melodyne, editing, comping etc etc.)

  35. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  36. A: I bring the best of out people I work with. I bring my unique aesthetic and taste to music. I have synesthesia and perfect relative pitch so i often see colors when I create.

  37. Q: What's your typical work process?

  38. A: I sit and have a conversation with the artist about what they want to say. We have an actual conversation about it and im taking notes the whole time. Then Ill play a chord progression that matches or speaks to us. We freestyle melody for about 3 minutes. I come back and vocally arrange the most fitting and compelling parts. Then we put lyrics to the melody. Once the song is dynamic and compelling I will then produce around it.Once we both like that then i will Mix and Master.
