Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: Songwriting with country artist Sam Grow.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Mixes for clients.

A: I like both. I'm old school when it comes to record but I love the digital world and what it allows me to do in the studio.

A: I love music and how it makes me feel to write, record and play.

A: How cheap can I get my song done. And I always reply do you want a professional sound if so what's it worth to you?

A: that I can make your songs into hits.

A: have your songs ready to record with correct lyrics and edits.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: My 3 main guitars and recording gear and a generator for electricity.

A: I started as a singer/ bass player and I've been in music for over 30 years.

Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: I always do a lot of preproduction to save time in the studio. Working out arrangements and making sure my gear is always ready to go for a session.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I work mostly in country but have been back working on my rock skills lately with a group for sync placements.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I think my best skill is singing but my songwriting is where my heart and soul thrive.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I think I have a good sense of what an audience will like and when a song needs work. I can communicate with artist to get the best from them.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: If I'm creating I just go for it and put on the editing hat later so as not to mess with the creative vibe.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My studio set-up is always changing. I have moved from Pro tools to Logic Pro X and I'm very happy with the system.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I am inspired by country songwriters but I listen to every genre and love the production and recording techniques used today.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I do a lot of singing on country songs but lately I've been doing guest chorus tracks on rap and other pop style tracks.
