Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: My career path is Hip-Hop production. I have been producing since 2016 and picked up mixing around 2017.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would love to work with Travis Scott because I feel he has a great ability to bring something new and fresh to Hip-Hop with every record he creates.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I mainly work on Hip-hop and R&B, but am open to mix/master any genre.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I can bring anything an artist wants. If the artist needs production work such as melodic support, drums, bass-lines, or the whole track I can help. Once the production is complete I can mix the record down to the artist's needs and add any creative flavor available. Then I can top it all of with a polished and radio-ready master for the client to upload at their pleasure.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I work on a MacBook Pro with Studio One and many plugin bundles such as: IK Multimedia Plugins, Waves Plugins, UAD Plugins, Fabfilter Plugins, Plugin Alliance Plugins, just to name a few. I mix mainly on Beyerdynamic DT 770 Headphones, but also mix on monitors when i'm in the studio. I mainly mix at home but also work in a nearby recording studio as well.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: The most common work I do for clients is hip-hop production and mix engineering. I have great clean and polish mixes that my clients come back for every time. As well as a unique approach to hip-hop that you can't get from an other producer.
