Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: A track named "From Jamaica to Here" Black Uhuru Duckie Simpson , i mixed the track and has been honored to perform my Melodica on both the original version and a special just Melodica version, a dream come true if you love Reggae music
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Black Uhuru, new artists development, and many international artists, MouseFX Hong Kong , I Kong Jamaica, Farda Neeko Birmingham UK and many of my own unreleased albums
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Hybrid , i live both, the warmth of analogue and the precision of digital effects yield the best results
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: The quality i gave to Sony EMI which sold platinum in Cyprus. A game.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: To see the clients face of joy after they listen to the final mastered mix
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: Speed and precision, they only come with many years of practice and experience

Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Look no further if you want a certified pro with many years of experience, its not about how much expensive gear a studio has, knowledge and experience rules in the audio industry
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: A set of Eve monitors , Neuman U87 original model , Focusrite valve pre amp , pc fully loaded with daw software, plugins , midi controller keyboard 88 notes hammer action , although i have multiple 5 gear lists , this is just one basic setup , no desk ???? Or just an 1 OP 1 synth
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I hold the degree of Msc(hons) Audio Engineer - Canterbury Christ Church University , my career began when i wad ten with a semi portable audio cassette player, i used to make mix tapes in the 80's for break dancers in my high school, 25+ years in the making and still up to date with all the latest audio technology.

A: Original Roots
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I am currently working with my dream artist Black Uhuru the band leader Duckie Simpson, this legendary musician inspired me as a teenager. Through hard work and building strong relationships with Jamaica and after 25+ years of studio work I am living what i dreamed of.

A: Be a great and well rehearsed musician / vocalist before you enter a professional studio otherwise you face embarrassment

Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Soul, a wide; multi-genre, musical experience and knowledge of classical and modern music , i cover all genres and can guide the vocalist for the best capture and performance.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Depends on the client's needs, I deliver quality masters ready for print to CD, Streaming Online or Vinyl press , plus 4K Video capture of your performance
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My Studio set up is a 32 inline Yamaha 02R running through lightpipe tech for the cleanest signal capture via fibre optics, valve pre amp Focusrite , an array of Condensor and Dynamic microphones, Percussion , Electric Guitar , great custom Vocal Booth , Air Condition essential and a lot of vintage analogue gear.
