Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I'm honestly happy about every project that's fun, where I can live freely as a mix and mastering engineer. i just love my Job!
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I am currently also working as a speaker at music producer events, outside of the studio
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: There are probably other sides as well, but in the end it only depends on the workflow that you can handle your project quickly
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Depends on the perspective. I like mixing in the box. Mastering analog. I love the total recall in my computer, but also the warm sound of my analogue devices, which plugins cannot reproduce
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: That you are more than happy with the result in the end

A: Having the opportunity to work freely

A: How long have I been in business; for 20 years

Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: The most important thing is a computer with lots of memory with a screen and good speakers. And if I could have a keyboard and good converters with the Neve Portico II
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I've been working in the music industry since 2005. From DJ to music producer, mixing and mastering engineer. You need a feeling in all areas, even outside of music
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My style is big, colourful, powerful and honest. I don't like changing a song too much. I always go by the artist/song
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I love working with all musicians that bring an inspiring vibe
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: don't dwell on one thing for too long, it can kill your creative vibe and time
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Most of the time I work on HipHop, RnB and Pop songs
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I love mixing as well as mastering. Mixing: fat drums and good vocals. Mastering: coloring, depth and expensive sound
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I give the song what it tells me, what I feel and what it might need
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I like working in the box. I like to have a total recall as soon as possible to insure the customer's attitudes. My mastering process is done out of the box

A: I work in my own studio complex with highly professional recording, mix and mastering outboard equipment. From digital to analog converters, analog processors, analog equalizers, such as analog compressors, etc.

A: I like to take inspiration from bigger mixing/ mastering engineers like Manny Marroquin, Serban Ghenea or Chris Athens

A: I do vocal editing/ tuning/ production/ mixing, Instrumental/ song mixing. Also a professional analog mastering
