A great song is what makes a great song - it does not matter how epic the mix is, if the bones aren't good. That is sometimes forgotten. Nevertheless, a mix can enhance and should refine your musical vision and help you connect even more to your audience - this is where I come in.
I've worked with many small and now thriving artists in the past. As you know, streaming is very important these days and many of the songs I worked on were picked up by streaming services to be featured on official playlists. As of now I have over one million spotify plays under my belt.
I'm specialized in mixing but can provide mastering as well. Just tell me what you need.
Feel free to listen to my mixes and decide for yourself if I'm the right fit for your style of music and project.

Endorse Klanggeist StudioReally cool producer and studio atmosphere! Especially recommended for heavier genres, such as hardcore and metalcore. However, in my eyes Klanggeist has a versatile skillset for a whole range of genres. Work in the studio has been quick and efficient and he brings in new ideas to the process as well. Besides solid engineering/recording/mixing/mastering, he is such an open-minded and kind person to work with. I would strongly recommend Klanggeist and can't wait to take on future projects with him myself!
Interview with Klanggeist Studio
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Both can be great. It depends on the project and the desired outcome. For recording I strive to get my hands on the best analog equipment possible whereas I appreciate the opportunity to recall settings and the overall flexibility while mixing in the box.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Sometimes I shed a tear while mixing, no joke. If that's the case I know others will connect to the track as well. I want to contribute to music that moves people. I can't think of any other job that would make me feel this way or let me be so closely involved in creating music with awesome people.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Good performance and recording of the song are crucial. A mixing engineer can bring a decent recording to a professional level but isn't able to tweak shit to gold.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: While i was getting my engineering degree I joined a band that toured the world in the years to follow. While we played hundreds of live shows we wrote our own music. At first I only produced our demos. In 2016/2017 I started working with other artist on their recordings. Since the beginning of 2019 I'm a fulltime record producer and mixing engineer.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: All types of heavier music. Metal, hardcore, rock. You name it.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I'm always excited to listen to new mixes by Will Putney, Adam 'Nolly' Getgood and Dan Lancaster.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Producing and mixing.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Right now I'm mixing an upcoming artist from Germany.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Mixing
