What do you bring to a song?
I bring a skilled overview of arrangement as well as the ability to flesh out specific ideas that are captivating and memorable. I can assist with everything from vocal production, guitar/bass performance and tone shaping. I am very good at looking at a song from 10,000ft to see if it's complete or needs an addition/subtraction. I believe this is crucial for a successful producer.
What's your typical work process?
I like to work fast and efficiently. The process starts with an overview of the songs and what the goals are for the session. Everything is in collaboration with the artist. We agree upon a plan of action and go about getting the best performance possible. I try to always have open and clear communication with the people I work with so we are on the same page with what we want to accomplish.
