Session Drummer

I'm a Blue Man Group Drummer and have recorded drums on over 20 albums. What I love most about music is collaborating with people to accomplish an artistic vision and help to actualize an artists voice and creative message. I'd love to track drums for your project.

Drummer for the Blue Man Group, Goody Bag, Courtney Swain and Ben Levin. I'm also an on-call session drummer for Plaid Dog Recording in Boston, MA. I've recorded drums on over 20 albums and dozens of singles. I have 22 years experience drumming and have toured nationally and internationally across 10 countries.

What I love most about session playing is working to help an artist achieve their vision and message through their music. Please share lyrics and insight into the song narrative as this helps me make choices about gear selection, drum tuning, part composition, dynamics, mic placement, stereo image, etc.

I can help you achieve a high quality acoustic drum production or can program midi drums for you in Ableton Live. I'm influenced by electronic beat music, IDM, rock, and all genres focused on dynamic, melodic and expressive drumming & drum programming. I also use Sensory Percussion for more abstract electronic percussive sound design.

I will provide recordings to you in 3-days from the time of project agreement and include 2-rounds of revisions.
