I offer mixing, mastering, and session guitar work. I also write and produce music for film, television and commercials, in many different styles. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I am especially proud of working with Jacky Vincent and the record we did together for Shrapnel Records. The album as rated #3 Guitar Shred instrumental album of the year by Guitar World magazine.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: The new mix for Attero Terra, and writing more music for film and television.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Both - Alanog has its place and sound, but digital make things smoother as far as workflow.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: That you will love what I do :)
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I get to work with amazing artists daily.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: How fast can you get it done. My answer is usually you will get it when it sounds great :)
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: I don't think there are any.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: How fast they need things done.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Dont expect me to rush things. I like to take my time and make sure things are right. Also be available for phone conversations.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: My Guitar, My Amp, Laptop w/ Protools, Addictive Drums, and Positive Grid Bias
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: 25 years, started as a musician and worked my way into production.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Non rushed, attention to details, modern sound with a classic vibe.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Dave Grohl cause hes just a massive inspiration and true music fan.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: A good song is everything, worry about the song.

A: Professional polish and sound.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I like to hear a rough mix idea to see what the client is looking for. Usually a phone conversation or two to talk about the song, its message and what types of things they are looking for.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I work out of many high end studios in Las vegas, SSL, Trident, and Neve Consoles, Lots of outboard gear. My home set up is mainly ITB and used for editing.
