I’m Ray Aley — an artist, producer, and audio engineer with a background in acoustical physics. I’ve spent years producing, mixing, recording, and releasing music of my own while working with other artists behind the scenes. I specialize in pop, electronic, indie, and cinematic music, with a focus on strong emotion and polished sound.

My work lives mostly in pop, electronic, indie, and cinematic music, and I’m especially drawn to records that feel emotional, atmospheric, and detailed without losing their immediacy.

Because I’m an artist myself, I understand how personal a song can be. My goal isn’t to force your record into a template — it’s to figure out what makes it special and help bring that idea all the way across the finish line.

I can help with full production, additional production, vocal production and editing, mixing, sound design, arrangement, and taking an unfinished demo into a polished final record.

I’m equally comfortable getting technical and talking creatively, whether we’re dialing in a vocal, rebuilding a drop, adding texture and movement, or figuring out why a song isn’t quite hitting yet.
