Zach Ryan Schrager on SoundBetter

Hi! My name is Zach Ryan Schrager and I want to help you make your song happen! I've been playing guitar for over 10 years and I am attending Berklee College of Music.

Playing guitar has been my passion since the day I first picked one up. Since then I have been performing and recording and I love it more every day. Music is my life and I'm excited to work with you!

I specialize in blues, pop, country, and folk guitar styles (acoustic and electric), and I have a variety of guitars, amps, and microphones to capture exactly the sound you're looking for. The most important thing for me when I play guitar is playing something meaningful. I like to make sure every note has a purpose and every phrase says something. Of course, this varies between songs, so I love listening to a song and understanding its meaning and emotion before I play on it, to make sure that my playing serves the song.

My favorite part about being a musician is collaborating with others and making good music, so I would love to talk with you to understand exactly what you want me to play, and I will work very hard to make sure you love the final product!

Contact me if you're interested, I'm so excited to work together!

Zach worked with me on a track a few months and absolutely knocked it out of the park! On top of being timely and professional he’s also one of the most tasteful players I’ve ever met. All around great dude and great player, you can’t go wrong having him on one of your projects! Looking forward to working with him again.

Zach worked with me on my EP. He is beyond his years in talent and wisdom. If you want tasteful guitar (acoustic or electric) he is your man! I firmly believe this kid is going to be big and having his name on your work would be in your best interest. Zach is kind, compassionate and invested in being the best he can be for your project. I cannot say enough about his abilities and character.

Zach is easily one of the most talented players in the game right now. I hired Zach after seeing his talents showcased on his Instagram account and was absolutely blown away by his versatility and he was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Zach is easily one of the most talented musicians I've worked with. He laid a solo over one of my jams which took the track to another level! He's not just an amazing guitarist that takes influence from the likes of John Mayer and SRV, he's also a killer vocalist. A true professional in the music community!
