Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: An SM7, an SM57, a laptop, one good mic pre, and one great compressor.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: We have been working professionally in Nashville for over a decade each. We write, produce, engineer, and perform.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: We would love a chance to work with any of our heroes, and fortunately, being in Nashville, we get a chance to work with some of the best musicians in the world.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Always be recording. You never know when the 'magic moment' is going to happen.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: We work primarily in Country and Rock. WE do however lend a certain flavor to Pop and Hiphop hooks when asked to do so.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: We pride ourselves in our quick turnaround. We're usually able to get a finished vocal done and sent out to clients within a day if we're in the studio that day.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: We bring strong, professional, radio ready vocals to your song.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: We prep the track and make sure we have the correct musical direction for the song before recording song sections until we get the best performance. We then go in and harmonize the right sections based on the song. Everything is then exported cleanly in HD WAV format with an mp3 mix reference for convenience so that you can hear your song with our vocals without having to import tracks into a DAW.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: We have a vibey Nashville studio setup with a dedicated vocal space. We are always set up and ready to go so that we can deliver fast, great sounding vocals that show up in your inbox record ready.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: We are hugely inspired by great songwriters like Hardy, Stephen Wilson Jr, Eric Church, and the like.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: We do topline vocals and harmonies for your songs. We specialize in turning AI-generated song ideas into polished, human-performed vocals.
