My goal is to get your vision to the listener in the most compelling and emotionally evoking way. Through always utilising the power of the Dolby Atmos format, even for stereo deliveries, you can be sure every measure is taken to give your mix the most clear, broad and punchy soundscape. Meanwhile making sure your music is ready for the future.
Founder and chief engineer at the dome. Studios in Stockholm, Sweden.
Growing up playing acoustic bass in orchestras and jazz ensembles and always being interested in technology, I early on took the recording engineer "hat" in the bands I was playing in. Recording evolved into the interest of mixing and now - 10 years later I am still mixing.
Pushing the limits and utilising the latest technology has always been important to me because I want to make sure every measure is taken to evoke as much emotion out of every mix. This lead me to starting to work in the future format Dolby Atmos - described by many as first and only format to supersede stereo.
After working tirelessly to learn and create in this new format, I have develop a technique and a workflow that allows me to mix the stereo version of the song with the artist/client and in parallell craft the adaptable and future proof Dolby Atmos mix, which in turn can be re-rendered to 5.1, 7.1 etc. This lowers the cost of getting multiple versions of the sonas well as getting audible benefits in the stereo version through summing the audio in the Dolby Atmos renderer instead of directly in Pro Tools.
I have worked with artist such as Emma Jensen, Kristin Sesselja, Lionman as well as producing music and sound design for H&M, Human Horizons & Fabege.

I came to Gabriel with 7 songs for my upcoming album for mix and master: stereo and Dolby Master. Gabriel is very professional and it was a big bless to have his musical ear during the mixing process. The results were better than I could ever imagine: intimate, unique and a very delicate balance with his and my own thoughts on were I wanted to music to lead. I could not be more proud or happy with my debut album: and I thank Gabriel for it. Will for sure hire him for my next upcoming projects!
Gabriel did a mix & master for a pop single for me & provided us with both a stereo and a dolby atmos version. Outstanding communication, very professional & I especially appreciate Gabriel's efforts to help us get the best result possible, even when it means several revisions or adjusting details in the stems.
Gabriels swift professional mindset and a keen ear for sculpting sound into emotion made collaborating with him a creative joy! I would trust him with my tracks any day!
Got both a stereomaster and a fresh Dolby Atmos-Mix to boot! Exciting stuff
Great collaboration with Gabriel at the dome, we got both stereo and Dolby Atmos-masters. Truly recommend!
Gabriel made a Dolby Atmos mix and stereo master on my songs released on Spotify. Very very happy by the work! And great collaboration overall, quick, professional, with a great sense for tone and sound. I hope to record soon again and will continue to collaborate with Gabriel on future recordings as well. He’s a star, and a very warm kind person as well :)
Gabriel is very professional and have a great ear for different genres. I couldn’t have been happier with the result! I recieved both mix and master files in stereo and dolby atmos. Would recommend 10/10!
the dome offered a highly professional mixing service in both stereo and Dolby Atmos on my music. Gabriel raises the quality of the production by his well made, thourough and unique work. As a customer you’re feel super safe through the whole process: it’s easy and joyful to work with the dome. I would recommend the dome to anyone, at any time.
The Dome offers both deep mixing expertise and superb service. The Dolby Atmos system in the studio is an absolute thrill to experience. Hiring Gabriel for mixing my tracks was a good decision since not only the Atmos version but also the usual stereo tracks sound incredibly crisp and immersive, more so than any normal stereo mix. 6/5
Gabriel is a fantastic mixing engineer and guy, he is super enthusiastic and passionate about his work and brings great energy. He mixed the latest Kristin Sesselja song both in stereo and ATMOS and it sounds so good!!
Interview with Gabriel Lundh @ the dome.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Saturate everything.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I make sure that the arrangement is set up in such a way that the song hits right at the needed moments. I also make sure the song translate over the major variety of speakers and platforms available.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I am working out of a 8-core 64GB RAM computer with all the worlds plugins including most of UAD Plugins, Waves, Fabfilter and Soundtoys. I also rent all of the Slate and Plugin Alliance plugins to ensure always having the newest software. My monitoring setup is ranging from 2x Adam S2X, A complete Dolby Atmos 7.1.4 Genelec SAM system and Auratones, to ensure that I can hear the mix properly. The main DA is being converted in my Crane Song Avocett II.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Tchad Blake and Blake Mills are my top inspirations as they are pushing limits of music production to its edge. Always trying something new, rare sounding and unique as well as adding their touch to the productions.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I am primarily a mixing engineer, but as I come from playing music and produce a lot - I can give arrangement ideas and additional production thoughts, if the artist wants it.
