Interview with Luke morgan
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: A project that I worked on that I am most proud of is a song I wrote and vocally recorded then sent to my producer to lay down a beat. In this case, my role was the singer/songwriter.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: At the moment I am working on another project with producer, Waresdanny.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Yes, I have previously worked with Waresdanny, who is a music producer, and I would for sure recommend him 100%!
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital! Sound has advanced greatly, no one wants to listen to the same old style of music production, people want music to sound fresh and new. Plus, the analog sound can easily be achieved through today's advanced digital technology.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I promise my clients that they will have a good product which they will not regret, and I am an easy person to work with.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I like most about my job that I can do what I love to help individuals turn their track into a great sounding song.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Costumers usually ask me if I can negotiate the price and most often I am very willing to do so.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: The biggest misconception about what I do may be that I am an engineer or that I will write an entire song for a client, but what I specialize in is recording high quality vocals for producers and helping music makers transform the songs they have already written and the ideas they have come up with into hit records.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: I would ask prospective clients what vocal sound they are looking for and how they want to use my voice to push their song to the next level.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Advice I would give a customer looking to hire a provider like me would be that they make sure they find an individual who loves music as much as I do, someone who specializes in the genre the client is working in, and a person who works hard to make their product nothing less than perfect.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: If I were on a desert island and could only take 5 pieces of gear, I would take my guitar, songwriting book, Mac, piano, and microphone so I could never stop making music.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: Although I have not been a recording artist for very long, I have been singing for more than a decade and songwriting for over 5 years.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I would describe my style as Chill Christian R&B.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: If I could work with any artist I wanted too, I would work with Ahjah Walls from The Walls Group because of her love for God and passion for music. She brings a unique and amazing element to the Gospel music industry.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: One of the most important music production tips that I can share is that you cannot do everything by yourself and you must never be afraid to collaborate with other producers, engineers, musicians, and songwriters. Also, consistency is key, so always work hard and be willing to grow.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I mostly work on R&b/Soul, Gospel, Singer-Songwriter, and Chill genres of music.

A: I bring unique sounding vocals to a song which producers and/or writers may use to create a top-notch record!
