Deposit (50% of project fee)
Revision Fees: First revision is included, but additional revisions are $100 per revision and non-refundable.
Songwriting (Flat Fee + Ownership/Publishing) I will retain the following percentages:
-50% for Songwriting/Top Line (lyrics/melody)
-25% for Hooks
-25% Vocal Arrangement & Co-writes.
Retention of lower percentages may be negotiated on a case by case basis and often requires a hire flat fee.
Vocals - BGVs only (Flat Fee):
-Vocal arrangement must be fully finished
-Songwriter must provide lyrics and a vocal guide with clear vocal parts
-Specify pronunciation if necessary
-Deposit needs to be paid before I begin work
-Remaining balance + Revision Fees need to be paid before I send final files.
